Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If there is a delay we will reach out to you.

Shipping Area

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the products ordered.

Shipping Providers

We use USPS and UPS for delivery, depending upon which you choose at checkout. 

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

We will attempt to contact you if a shipment is returned to us due to an error on your part.  Any re-shipping costs are due by you before the package can be shipped again.  If an order is "returned to sender" we will attempt to contact you twice.  If we do not hear back within a week, we will refund the order (less the original shipping costs).

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your package has been marked by the carrier as “delivered” and you have not received it then it could have been delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen.
